The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 (EPA) requests public comment on the Palmdale Energy Project (hereinafter, the Project).

All written comments must be received by the EPA or postmarked by October 6, 2017.

The EPA will hold a public hearing, pursuant to 40 CFR 124.12, to provide the public with further opportunity to comment on the proposed PSD permit for the Project.
